they do that here in ny. they'll be like, "im not homeless, i just want some beer". it's crazy. matter o' fact, they ask for shit as you walking in somewhere to spend some dough, then they turn around & ask you for $ when you walking out. im starting to think they be crackhead or maybe they just homeless crackheads.
